From its foundational ‘yin-yang’ balance to the road that winds through its very core, the piece is built upon and defined by radical diversity—a bursting mosaic where countless perspectives, cultures and creative pulses converge. The fragmented features celebrate the city’s power, which springs directly from its myriad interlinked parts, always anchored by a resilient, collective creative spirit.
