Born in Brooklyn and raised in Park Slope, Steven Perez is a proud lifelong Brooklynite who has a passion for the many neighborhoods of the borough. His family has resided on Garfield Place since 1990. An alumni of Brooklyn College, Steven studied literature and explored interior design and architectural engineering, inspiring his real estate career. Upon graduation, Steven received his certification from NY Real Estate Institute. Steven’s hobbies include reading, visiting museums, cooking, and traveling.
