Spencer provides sales and rental services with a keen eye to better understanding his clients’ specific needs. With a background in teaching, he greatly enjoys educating his clients on any pertinent aspects of real estate. In addition to being an agent, he is also a real estate investor, landlord and works as a property manager with fellow Garfield Realty associate Myron Levine at 448 Management LLC. Previously, he managed NYC’s largest sailing center—and you can still sometimes see him captaining sailboats and teaching sailing out of Brooklyn Bridge Park marina. He believes north Brooklyn is the most beautiful residential area in the world and he is happy to help you find your place in it.
